Xenia Girls Soccer Makes A Difference to Begin Season

The girls varsity soccer team started the 2017 season off not at practice but by delivering cake, soccer tshirts, a soccer ball, a card, and balloons to soon to be 10 year old Jimmy Garrison.  Jimmy has spina bifida and is currently in a wheelchair.  The family was looking for a way to brighten Jimmy's birthday and put out a random post on Facebook for people to send cards and encouragement his way, the Xenia girls soccer team answered the call, showing up to wish Jimmy a happy birthday.   The girls soccer team looks forward to having Jimmy as a special guest for one of their upcoming home soccer games!  Special thanks to Coach Harold DeLotelle and Carrie Shephard for making this happen.
